Security Deposit Required

All rentals require a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is returned within 7 days after event, pending facility inspection.

Choose from our convenient time slots or contact us for custom arrangements. All rentals include 1 hour setup and 1 hour cleanup time.

8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Afternoon Block

1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Evening Block

6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Extended Evening

6:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Rental Guidelines & Requirements

All events must end by midnight on weekends, 10 PM on weekdays
No smoking inside the facility - designated outdoor smoking areas available
Alcohol service permitted with licensed bartender (we can provide referrals)
Client responsible for setup, breakdown, and cleaning (or hire our staff)
Decorations allowed with prior approval - no nails, tacks, or permanent fixtures
Security deposit refunded within 7 days if facility left in good condition
Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance for full refund
Renter must provide certificate of liability insurance for events over 75 people
